| Do you deliver and set up? |
|
Yes! We will deliver and set-up, also; we make sure each product is clean and in good working condition well before delivering it. Set up normally takes about 15 minutes and then we will come and take it down after your party is over which
takes about 25 minutes. |

| What kind of power is needed? |
|
All of our products plug into a standard 110 household outlet. For locations without power availability, a generator can be used. |

| Are they safe? |
|
Absolutely! Each inflatable is engineered and certified to meet and exceed all standards of The American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). All of our equipment is equipped with small opening and a standard safety step to prevent children from falling out of the unit. A roof covers the jumping surface and protects in inclement weather, and all our four sides have reinforced netting to allow for visibility and air circulation. As with any activity involving children, an adult should supervise the activity. |

| Is there a deposit required? |
|
All we need to know is the date, time, and location of your event. |

| What if I have to cancel? |
|
No problem. Just give us a call, there is no cancellation fee; we would appreciate as much notice as possible so that we may utilize your reserved equipment for someone else. |

| What if it rains? |
|
We know how unpredictable Florida weather can be. We just ask to be called as soon as possible for such an occasion. |
